Malcolm Pryce‘s books would have been my answer if asked about a detective TV series based in Aberwystwyth, however the BBC have come up with Hinterland .
Anyone else watched the first episode where the Welsh folklore was on full show what with the Celtic maze, Devil’s Bridge, Devil’s Cauldron and the famous Salem picture with the, allegedly, devil’s face in the shawl. A copy of that picture is on the wall in my hall.
